Access: 009 : Data provider or other service returned an E_FAIL status

Cause: A table LogonSession in your DB contains Invalid values

Solution: You will have to zip the 'MainDB.gxdb' file and send us this file (MainDB.gxdb file is located in C:\Sohodox Databases folder).This file does not contain your physical documents. It only contains indexing information and some configuration details related to SOHODOX. We will repair the DB and send it back to you.
