Access: 005 : Disk or network error

Error Message:

ErrNo: -2147155969
ErrDescription: Disk or network error.

 Cause:

This is normally a temporary issue and is caused when the network at your end is unstable. When the network is down or inconsistent Sohodox loses connection to the database which is on the server and displays the error.

Solution:

  • You can check the network connection at your end, by manually accessing the Server machine URL via Windows Explorer.
  • Once, everything is fixed and verified at your end; try accessing SOHODOX.
