Cannot login: Login failed. No full access license available

The most likely cause of this error is SOHODOX not logging off a user correctly (for e.g. this could happen if SOHODOX got improperly shutdown).

To fix the problem...

  • Login to the the Connection Manager from All Programs >> SOHODOX Desktop >> Connection Manager. 
  • Login as superadmin user 
  • Disconnect all the logged in users.

Now try logging into SOHODOX.
